Small Group Training

Have friends or family that would like to join your fitness journey? We offer small group training from 2 to 6 people at a time.

Team Training

We work with teams from all sports whether it’s little league baseball, travel softball or high school lacrosse and football. Sessions consists of strength training, speed, agility and hand/eye coordination exercises. We cater each session to your team’s needs and goals.

Bootcamps

Come try our group HIIT workout. 60 minutes of non-stop action consisting of cardio, strength and plyometric exercises that will kick your metabolism into high gear so you can shred those unwanted pounds but also build muscle!
