Elementary Speed & Agility

Open to boys and girls ages 7 to 11. We primarily focus on speed, agility and plyometric exercises as well as hand/eye coordination drills. All of which can help your child become a faster, stronger athlete and help prevent injury!

Middle School Strength & Speed

Open to boys and girls ages 11 to 14.  We work on speed and agility drills as well as introduce basic strength and conditioning exercises, all of which, the benefits can carry over to any sport whether it's baseball, football, basketball, soccer, etc.
